What type of investments does Safe Future USA offer?

Safe Income USA offers newly constructed single-family homes built for rental. 

How do you select the markets you build in?

We visit hundreds of cities through the year trying to find the markets that meet our criteria.  We look for cities and communities where there has been have heavy population growth, where companies and industries are located, where there is proximity to schools, among other factors;  and of course, where the costs are low enough and the rents are exceptional.

Does Safe Income USA manage the properties?

Safe Income USA does not do property management.  But we have partnered with some of the most experienced property managers in each market who will take care of all aspects of management…marketing the property, lease negotiations, rent collections, repairs and maintenance, and reporting.  We have negotiated special pricing for our investors with these management companies, but of course you may use anyone you wish.

What are Safe Income USA’s fees?

There are no fees or costs you need to pay Safe Income USA.  If you decide to purchase a property, then you would submit a deposit at the beginning of the process that would be credited back to you upon completion and settlement.

How long does it take to take to build the property and settle on the purchase?

It usually takes 4-6 months after once you sign the contract for the construction of your property and to go to settlement.  If you are looking for a shorter time frame, then there are often spec homes we have available for immediate purchase.

What kind of expenses do you take into account in the returns you project?

When looking at the monthly performance of an investment property, we make sure to include all expected expenses which include taxes, insurance, vacancy factor, repairs, management fees, and others.        

Are your investment opportunities only for investors who wish to buy and hold, or do you have shorter term opportunities?

Safe Income USA has all sorts of projects we are involved in including “flips” that many of our investors can get involved with.
